Return & Replacement Policy At Bonafide Bonnies we maintain a high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged for our clients. Everything goes through an internal process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. We accept return(s) within 7 calendar days of delivery date. Any return(s) request after 7 calendar days of will not be honored. The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return. Please contact Client Care at bonafidebonnies@gmail.com. We will send a pre-paid UPS label for your item(s) to be returned. In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice. Merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way. Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund. Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be return. Once your item(s) have been received our team will examine thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time. Replacements/Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s) There is a 10 Calendar Day product defect exchange policy which commences on the date of delivery. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy Wig Exchanges and Refunds: On first receipt of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fit in order to keep the unit in new, unused condition.

CLIPS OR BANDS. If your wig does not fit as expected, please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind: Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from date of delivery. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if your wig has been cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn. This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if the unit has had hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays. No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always a good idea to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner UPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we do not reimburse shipping charges. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment

delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is very important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address we will re-ship for a small fee after correct address is confirmed. If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact Client Care immediately at bonafidebonnies@gmail.com. We apologize for any inconvenience. Lost Shipments: If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact Client Care immediately at bonafidebonnies@gmail.com. We will contact the shipping carrier right away and initiate a trace for your package. International Shipments All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information. International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
