Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all preloved clothing orders over $150 before taxes within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or GSO if available with tracking information provided. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that expedited shipping does not expedite processing time. If for some reason there will be a significant delay in your shipment order I will contact you via email or phone number provided. My Adopted Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you reive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please do save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or customs. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please contact us. My Adopted Treasures currently does not ship outside the United States.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us. *Please note, all my items have been carefully inspected by Us with no faults to note.  If something has a fault it will be made aware in the listing beforehand.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, after which cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns:

We accept returns for pre loved clothing within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, with no signs of wear or damage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for pre owned clothing at this time. Customers can return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item. Please note that due to the unique nature of pre loved clothing, we cannot guarantee that an identical replacement will be available for exchange. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and measurements before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please contact us.
