Shipping Policy
Item will ship the same day for orders received prior to 12 PM PST. Default shipping is USPS, unless otherwise requested and paid for.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed on an individual basis (for example, if a product is defective). In order to apply for a refund, please reach out to us at info@mercybridge.org within 2 days of purchase. If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery of your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send your request for refund to info@mercybridge.org with: • Name • Date of purchase and • Order number. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will issue you a refund/exchange without the return of the original item. If the exchange/refund is due to buyers remorse, you will be responsible for return shipping on the item. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
