Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the U.S. Postal Service and United Parcel Service through our website and are based on weight, package size, and delivery location.*

Terra Mia Beauty Beauty orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 12PM PT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Other Locations. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii. *We regret we are unable to ship to Palau Damages Terra Mia Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order or some items damaged, you need to follow the next steps within the same day or next day of you receiving your order: 1) Save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 2) Take a picture of all the damaged materials and goods and send it by text to (925) 271-9290 with your name and invoice number.  3) Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Request your claim number.  4) Terra Mia Beauty will contact the shipment carrier to confirm the claim.  5) After the claim is confirmed by Terra Mia Beauty, we will take over the claim for insurance purposes. 6) Terra Mia Beauty will send you a replacement for the items damaged. Shipments to Forwarding Companies. Terra Mia Beauty is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Terra Mia Beauty is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder." Electronic Delivery Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. Refund Policy

REFUNDS (if applicable) In order for Terra Mia Beauty to expedite a refund; please first follow the instructions for Returns. You must get an RMA number from us so we can track your return in the warehouse. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the repayment time to an account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank, not by Terra Mia. Please contact your bank for more details. RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHING 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE Returns are easy!
