Shipping Policy

Free Shipping within the United States.  Wood to life aims to ship your order to you as quickly as possible within a weeks window. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. As each piece is handmade for you and some pieces take longer to make due to the different processes in making them. At times there could be a slight delay in shipping if demand is high or there are unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of this happening you will be contacted and an estimated delivery will be given to you.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy Thank you for your purchase from Wood to Life. In the event there is a problem with your order please contact me at; customerservice@woodtolife.com and I will do my very best to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, all customized orders are non-refundable and deemed Final Sale. Returns must be in its original condition and will be at the expense of the customer unless faulty. A shipping label will be sent to you for your convenience. Upon receiving your parcel, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus shipping costs if applicable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations cannot be made once the product has been customized or shipped.
