Shipping Policy

Sonoma Sauces will   We want to know if something is wrong and we will do our best to make it right.  That may mean a refund, item replacement, future credit or even someone to listen.  All issues must be reported to jennifer@sonomasauces.com within 7 days of arrival.  If this is a gift and there is an issues please contact us asap.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We can cancel orders with in 24 hours of the being placed order.  If an order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel.  We do not accept returns or exchanges due to it being a food product.  If there is an issue with a shipment, please contact us at jennifer@sonomasauces.com right away.
