Description

This is our classic Air Mesh Dog Vest Harness with added style and femininity. The top is our lightweight air mesh harness with a double 3″ ruffle on of a hot pink Hawaiian print and the bottom of solid fuchsia. It’s cute, safe, comfy and cool. Not a dress – but a harness with a ruffle to be oh so cute.

Our Velcro wrap vest harness has hook & loop at the chest and belly so attach the leash and go. Made of air mesh and cotton.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@spoileddogddesigns.com Shipping Options & Delivery Costs We ship by the United States Postal Service and offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. First Class Mail Priority Mail Order Processing Time We make the items when you order them so it will take 7-9 business days to complete the order and ship it. If the items you order happen to be in stock they will ship within two business days. Custom Sizing orders will take 9-12 business days to complete. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. If we get your order done quicker than estimated, we will ship it as soon as it is complete. Delivery Address  Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Refund Policy

We want your dog to be comfortable in our designs, for them to fit well, and for your dog to be safe. Since we make your items at the time of your order, if an item does not fit, we will work with you to correct the issue or exchange the item. If that cannot be done and the order was not personalized or made with Custom Sizing, we can refund your payment after the item is returned to us.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods were not used or damaged and are in perfect condition.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. This includes Custom Sizing. If a Custom Sizing item does not fit, notify us and we will gladly work with you to correct it.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on Sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address: Spoiled Dog Designs 760 S. Mountain View Dr Palm Springs, CA 92264 We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. After 24 hours, we will have begun making the item(s) and the order cannot be cancelled. We will reimburse You no later than 5 business days from cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
