Purely ships nationwide in the U.S. We produce and ship weekly. We strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days, then it enters the hands of the carrier company. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that during COVID times and the Holiday season, both UPS and USPS have been a bit slower than usual.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days required.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We obviously don't want you to receive a broken bottle of Purely. A box soaked in vinegar sitting on your front stoop is not what anyone wants. So if this does happen to you, we apologize in advance. If the product is broken, or if you receive the wrong item, CONTACT US within 48 hours after you received Purely with photos of the damage for proof. We'll do our best to make it right.
Since this is a food and beverage item, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges on any products other than those which have been damaged in shipment, are defective or are not the item you ordered.
