Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received as faulty and any product that appears to be worn will be sent back to the customer. Please note that we do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders. In order to process returns and exchanges, you MUST have the following in your package being sent back to us:

• A note stating the reason for the return/exchange
