22oz. Insulated Stainless Steel Tumbler Cup embellished with abstract style glitter pattern on a soft pink base then sealed with glitter.

Policies:

All items are handmade with love, therefore will have some slight imperfections.

Due to items being handmade, no two tumblers will look identical even if they are the same design.

Since we work with glitter, non-glitter items can not be 100% guaranteed to be free of glitter.

Current processing times are:

Ready to Ship items: 3-5 days from your order is placed.

Custom Orders: 2-4 weeks depending on the design. If you need expedited service, there will be a $20 charge.

All sales are final unless there is a mistake made on my part. If this is the case, you have 24 hours to contact me from the time you receive the item.

Shipping Policy

All orders must be paid in full before we get started on designing your tumbler/order.  No exceptions. There will be a $10 flat fee charged for shipping to all orders that require shipping within the U.S. Free local pick-ups can be arranged. International shipping will vary by location and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom Orders: Turn-around time is 3-4 weeks from the time full payment is made/received. Ready to Ship Orders:  Ready to ship items (no customizations added) will ship out in 2-3 days from the time payment is made/received. Accurate shipping information is the responsibility of the client.  We are not responsible for any misdelivered packages due to client errors. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  The client is responsible for contacting USPS/or shipping company used, to resolve any issues.  

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this business, where items are customized and handmade, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No cancellations/returns or exchanges will be accepted.  No returns unless there is a mistake on our part.  If this is the case, you must notify me/email me within 24 hours of receiving your item. The client is responsible for shipping costs for returning item (s). Pictures are required as proof. We will fix the item and ship it back at no additional charge if it was an honest mistake on our part.
