Our 2023 Black History Month theme is to Honor the Past, Embrace the Present, and Inspire the Future! This month we will celebrate the contributions and breakthroughs of some of our Black leaders by bringing awarenesses to who they are, and what they did to become part of our history and share our creative keepsake with you in remembrance of how far we have come as a people.
Inspiring the Future, there are hundreds of individuals to choose from. For 2023, we chose to honor:
Chi Ossé: At 23 years old, Ossé was elected in 2021 as the youngest member of the NYC council.
Taylor Cassidy: A Social Media Influencer that uses her platform of 2.3 million followers to advocate for Black History.
Halle Bailey: An actress/singer/songwriter that earned 5 grammy nominations with her sister Chloe Bailey.
Simone Biles: Won 25 world championship metals and is considered the greatest gymnast of her time.
Quil Lemons: The youngest Photographer to shoot for a Vanity Fair cover.
Inspiring the Future has notes of Cinnamon, Cream, and Chestnut
Shopping with us will be a meaningful purchase since we donate 10% of all proceeds to the Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis foundations – in hopes of one day finding a cure.
Please note that all orders have a processing time of 3-7 days before being shipped out.
We offer standard shipping with USPS which take anywhere from 2-7 days to be delivered.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
If your tracking number isn't working, verify that you typed it in correctly and then call the carrier associated with your order to get the issue resolved.

Once your package has left the facilities, Spark A Flame can not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage may occur in transit. If this has happened, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
Photos of the packaging and candle if possible. Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number and we'll send a replacement ASAP.
Please ask for a refund OR a replacement If you feel your candle has a manufacturer defect. Please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Sending the above information does not guarantee you will receive a refund or replacement.
