Shipping Policy
Hangers and Threads will process orders in 48 hours from the date orders were received, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays that are out of our control (i.e. Black Friday, Weather, Carrier Delays, and Covid 19). Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process and ship your order. Your tracking information should arrive within 24 hours of shipping merchandise. Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100 with destinations within the contiguous United States. All other states and territories will have rates calculated at checkout. Orders less than $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00. For our Standard Delivery, we use a variety of carriers including, but not limited to USPS, FED EX, UPS, and PIRATESHIP. All orders ship from Northern California.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of postmarked delivery date. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any request(s) received after 31 days from postmarked delivery date. Reasons we may refuse a return include but are not limited to: obvious signs of ware (i.e. deodorant stains, sweat stains, grass stains, strong odors, makeup, modifications or alterations). if your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you.

We can exchange/refund your purchase provided it's still in its original condition without obvious sings of wear, within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date. We will cover the return shipping if an item has arrived to you damaged or broken, otherwise we are not responsible for the return shipping. All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
