All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after  payment is received. Shipping is via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping only in the United States. No International shipping
Refund Policy
The Cats Meow Crystals offers a refund within 10 days of purchase if you are not happy with your product. Please send the product back and we will refund your method of payment with the amount of the item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The Cats Meow Crystals wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy we offer a 10 day return policy. The product must be in its original condition and must be received back within 10 days of purchase. Once product is returned we will issue a refund back to the method of payment used.
