Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your package to arrive to you. If you do not receive your purchase after two weeks, PLEASE contact your bank and/or credit card company First and Again as well as your local postal service before contacting us at info@itsthegodinme.com. Please have your tracking number available. All Shipping Cost are Nonrefundable... unless returned/exchanged item was incorrectly shipped or defective due to our behalf; in which case we will refund the shipping cost. However, if item is returned for any other reason (such as size or no longer want) a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost. Always consider tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item.

Refund Policy

RETURNS
Godinme Return Policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have passed since the day the product was shipped out to you, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria;
  •    Must be returned within 30 days from date of shipment.
  •    Must be accompanied with the original receipt and/or proof of purchase.
  •    Must be a regular priced item. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  •    Must be in NEW condition and in its original packaging.
  •    Must have no stains and/or odor (smoke, pet, etc.).
Godinme will not accept items that have been worn or washed or without original packaging.
PLEASE KNOW If returned item is not in its original condition and package, worn and or damaged, no refund will be issued. If item is not returned within 30 days from date of  shipment, no refund will be issued. If returned item was incorrectly shipped or defective due to our behalf, we will refund the shipping cost as well however, if item is returned for any other reason (such as size or no longer want) a refund will be issued minus shipping fee. The customer is also be responsible for all postage cost on their return unless otherwise the return was due to our behalf. Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify whether the return was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the original method of payment. If any portion of your purchase was paid with a Godinme gift card, Full Value of refund will be issued on a Godinme gift card (If applicable). Please allow 2 weeks processing time from day of email to receive credit refund.
