Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, we have a limited refund policy.

We understand that commissioning a piece to capture your family's legacy is a significant decision. Here's what you can expect:

  • Non-refundable Services: The initial consultation fee, research time invested in gathering information about your family history, and any artistic development work based on approved sketches or concepts are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for Completed Artwork: Once the final artwork is completed and approved by you, refunds will not be granted. However, we understand minor revisions may be needed.

Revision Policy:

  • We are committed to creating a piece of art that you will cherish for generations. We offer one round of complimentary revisions to the final artwork to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Additional revisions may be accommodated for a fee based on the scope of the changes requested.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made before any artistic development work has begun will receive a full refund, minus the initial consultation fee (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made after artistic development work has begun will be subject to a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed.

We strive to provide clear communication throughout the entire process. We will keep you updated on the progress of your artwork and obtain your approval before moving forward at each stage.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our artwork, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are limited. We understand this is a significant investment, and we want to ensure a smooth and successful process.

Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made before any artistic development work has begun will receive a full refund, minus the initial consultation fee (if applicable).
  • Prorated Refund: Cancellations made after artistic development work has begun will be subject to a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed (consultation fee, research time, initial sketches, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Non-Returnable: Unfortunately, due to customization, completed artwork is not eligible for return or exchange.

Revision Policy:

We understand the importance of creating a perfect heirloom for your family. Therefore, we offer:

  • One Complimentary Revision: After the final artwork is presented, you will have one opportunity for revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Additional Revisions: We may be able to accommodate additional revisions for a fee, based on the scope of the changes requested.
