    Ordered the NIGHTINGALE Cedar & Saffron Fig Soap, and first off the packaging was outstanding. Thoughtful, luxurious, truly special, bravo! The soap is lovely, gorgeous smell, color and texture, can’t wait to try more!

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping may be delayed when items are commissioned or made to order. During the holiday season and as a result of COVID-19, products in transit may be delayed. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, but we hope that your package is delivered safely in a timely manner. Our products are carefully packaged with a view to keeping them safe until the moment they reach you. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, while this is also beyond our control, please let us know and we will do what we can to address the issue. If we are able to resend your package, shipping fees will be applied regardless of the cost of said package. We ship in the United States via United States Postal Service. Orders typically ship within two business days unless otherwise noted. Once an order has shipped and is in transit, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being incorrectly entered at checkout, we will contact you for the correct address. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on an individual basis (for example, if a product is defective). In order to apply for a refund, please reach out to us at connect@obsidianbeasts.com within 14 days of purchase. If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
