Shipping Policy

Please note that all orders have a processing time of 3-7 days before being shipped out. Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping with USPS which take anywhere from 2-7 days to be delivered. International Shipping: At this time we do not ship internationally. If your tracking number isn't working, verify that you typed it in correctly and then call the carrier associated with your order to get the issue resolved. If they can't provide a solution, contact us at info@sparkaflamecandle.com. Once your package has left the facilities, Spark A Flame can not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at info@sparkaflamecandle.com so we can work with you to resolve this.  

Refund Policy

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage may occur in transit. If this has happened, please send an email to info@sparkaflamecandle.com with the following: Photos of the packaging and candle if possible.  Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number  and we'll send a replacement ASAP. Please ask for a refund OR a replacement If you feel your candle has a manufacturer defect. Please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible. Sending the above information does not guarantee you will receive a refund or replacement.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Spark A Flame doesn't accept exchanges or returns but if there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@sparkaflamecandle.com so we can help resolve the issue.
