Domestic Shipments All orders are processed within 2-4 business days with estimated delivery dates of 3-7 days after shipping.  However, these are only estimated dates and deliveries usually take longer during Holiday Seasons. All orders placed from Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. All orders will be shipped using USPS, however faster shipping options are available at increased rates. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders of $150.00 or more. Outside of the US - Contact us directly if interested We do ship first class outside of the US and which is less expensive. Faster Shipping options are available at increased rates. We are not responsible for packages that may be held up in customs. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and fees that may be imposed by your government or postal services. Note: We are not responsible for any stolen packages.

JaFlor Designs is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality merchandise. However, we do not accept returns, only exchanges for store credit.  Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed, or undamaged in any way and must be in saleable condition with the original hangtag in place. Make sure there is no makeup, deodorant or perfume on the item you wish to exchange. However if an item is marked “FINAL SALE” it is not eligible for an exchange or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Once your returned item is received and processed, your credit will be issued.
