Terra Mia Beauty Beauty orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 12PM PT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Other Locations. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Request your claim number. 4) Terra Mia Beauty will contact the shipment carrier to confirm the claim. 5) After the claim is confirmed by Terra Mia Beauty, we will take over the claim for insurance purposes. 6) Terra Mia Beauty will send you a replacement for the items damaged. Shipments to Forwarding Companies. Terra Mia Beauty is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Terra Mia Beauty is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. REFUNDS (if applicable) In order for Terra Mia Beauty to expedite a refund; please first follow the instructions for Returns. You must get an RMA number from us so we can track your return in the warehouse.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the repayment time to an account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank, not by Terra Mia. Please contact your bank for more details.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace your item if it arrives damaged. Please take a picture of the item that arrived damaged as soon as possible. Call USPS or the carrier that deliverec your box and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send ar inspector to inspect your package. Send the picture of the damaged box and/or product to info@terramiabeauty.com We will contact you with retum instructions and have you fill out a return authorization form.
For all returns, be certain to retain the original packaging materials, criginal receipt and all merchandise tags for your item. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original delivery.
