All Splendid Colors items are made individually by the artist, but some standard designs are made in batches for in-stock inventory. Other items are custom-made to order. Different policies apply to those two categories.

In-stock items:

Orders can be canceled before shipping, but there is no guaranteed time window for cancellations because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Returns and exchanges are accepted for resellable product (seasonal items only if received in time to resell before the holiday) and refunds per the refund policy above.

Custom items:

Custom orders can only be canceled for a full refund before design work begins. If canceled after design has started, a design fee will be charged for the time spent on the project. Once an approved design goes into production, any cancellations will be charged for production costs up to the cost of the full order. There will be no returns or exchanges of completed custom orders except for shipping loss/damage or items not meeting the specifications of the custom order.
