We hope that you love your purchase, but if you need to return it, please email us at folkart@thefolkartgallery.com within 7 days from the receipt of delivery. You then have 7 days after you have contacted us, to return the goods to the address below. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. Goods must be returned with the original packaging material and all tags, your packing slip and a copy of the order confirmation email. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of our receipt of your returned merchandise. We are not responsible for any additional time that your financial institution takes in returning the money to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Lagunitas, Ca 949388 When making a return, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with tracking numbers and retaining the proof of postage as we may require  proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
