Shipping Policy

Shipping: All shipments under $75 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) which can take between 3 and 10 business days for delivery.  Shipments over $75 and/or over 3 lbs. in weight ship via UPS. UPS shipping times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are on the West Coast, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 10 business days to the East Coast. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we've designed our refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our products. Refunds will only be accepted if there is a discrepancy between the product you received and the product you purchased according to our order on file. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition. Refund requests received after the 7th day of receiving the item will be denied.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Requesting a Return: If your ordered products do not match the products you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate a return, please send us an email at contact@joannapraises.com, please include your order number in your email communication.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return Postage: If your return has been accepted you'll receive instructions to send back the product. Once we receive the returned physical product and confirm that it meets the specified conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days. 
  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges for products.
