Each piece is created in a small workshop in Thailand in organic shapes with textures that mimic patterns found in nature. The materials are sourced responsibly while using environmentally friendly methods.
U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS: All orders will ship in 1-3 business days. We provide a tracking order on all shipments. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier due to weather or seasonal delays. We will contact you via email or telephone if the carrier notifies us of delays.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. The FolkArt Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

When you must return an item, we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as we can’t be held responsible for your return not showing up. Your item needs to be returned to us unworn and in its original condition with all the original tags on. Our standard processing time for return completion is 3-7 business days. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non refundable.

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you need to return it, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days from the receipt of delivery. You then have 7 days after you have contacted us, to return the goods to the address below. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. Goods must be returned with the original packaging material and all tags, your packing slip and a copy of the order confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of our receipt of your returned merchandise. We are not responsible for any additional time that your financial institution takes in returning the money to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

When making a return, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service with tracking numbers and retaining the proof of postage as we may require proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
