Shipping Policy

We are happy to combine shipping for orders whenever possible. Combined shipping costs will vary according to size & weight of the purchased items. When purchasing multiple items, please WAIT for an invoice with the combined shipping costs before paying. However, delicate and glass items may ship separately to avoid breakage.  All items are shipped by USPS mail unless otherwise indicated.  We usually ship within two business days after receiving payment.  **If by chance you are purchasing internationally, please WAIT for an invoice with shipping fees before paying as fees vary.    

Refund Policy

We will issue a refund if the item you receive is "grossly misrepresented".  The item must be received back in its original condition, with the original packaging and the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. All items valued over $100.00 will be insured, therefore, you must take the necessary steps to contact the mail carrier for a refund of any items received that were damaged by the carrier.  Therefore, it is essential that the damaged item and all wrapping and packaging is kept and provided for the mail carrier. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item so we can help resolve any issues promptly.   Thank you for your time.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the item purchased has been grossly misrepresented. All items must be returned back to us in the original condition as they were shipped. Also, you must contact us immediately, prior to returning any items for a confirmation return number. If you receive an item that is damaged thru delivery service, please keep all original packaging, as well as the damaged item. This is for insurance purposes. We do provide insurance for all items shipped and we will need these items for any damaged items during delivery.
