Shipping Policy

  We’re excited to offer several ways for you to receive your Cat Scientist products!
  • Preferred Method: Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Fremont, CA, on the weekends. The exact date, time and pickup address will be shared with you before you complete your purchase.
  • Local Delivery For customers in Fremont and the close area, we may offer local delivery depending on availability. Please reach out to us to discuss this option further.
  • Ground Shipping For non-pickup orders, we currently offer ground shipping at a flat rate of $40. We acknowledge this rate is high as we’re still exploring shipping solutions and working to make it more affordable in the future.

Refund Policy

  Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you notice any damage to your product before use, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with clear photos showing the damage.
  2. Return the product to us via mail or during a local pickup.
Once we’ve confirmed the product’s condition, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot honor refund requests made after 7 days, even if the damage is claimed to have been present initially. Thank you for understanding, as we strive to maintain the quality and integrity of our handcrafted items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  Our small business is committed to creating unique, handcrafted items in limited quantities. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.
  • Order Cancellation If you cancel your order within the processing time (2-3 days before receiving an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup), you will receive a full refund. After this window, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund unless the product is found to be damaged.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    • We do not offer exchanges.
    • Refunds are only provided in cases of damage (per the refund policy above).
