CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that business needs change. Please review our cancellation terms:

Project-Based Services (Press Releases, Audits, Brand Positioning):

• Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled delivery date: Full refund minus 50% deposit
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before scheduled delivery date: 50% refund of total project fee
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery date: No refund
• Work already in progress is non-refundable

Scheduled Sessions (Media Training, Consultations):

• Cancellations made 14+ days before scheduled session: Full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before session: 50% refund of total fee
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before session: No refund
• One reschedule permitted at no charge with 7+ days notice

Monthly Retainer Services:

• Crisis Communications Retainer requires 30 days written notice for cancellation
• Cancellation notice must be received by the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the following month
• No refunds for partial months
• Unused hours do not roll over month-to-month

Emergency/Extenuating Circumstances:

• Medical emergencies, family emergencies, or natural disasters will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• Documentation may be required
• We will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate credit

How to Cancel:

• Submit cancellation requests in writing to br@brcomm.co
• Include your name, service purchased, original booking date, and reason for cancellation
• You will receive confirmation within 2 business days

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

As a professional services provider, BRComm does not offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:

Service Modifications:

• If your needs change after booking, we will work with you to modify the scope of service when possible
• Scope changes may result in pricing adjustments (refunds or additional fees)
• All modifications must be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds

Service Credits:

• In rare cases where refunds are not possible, we may offer service credits toward future BRComm services
• Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

Transferring Services:

• Services may be transferred to another individual or business entity with 14 days notice
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by BRComm
• Original payment terms and conditions apply to transferred services

Dissatisfaction Resolution:

• We encourage clients to communicate concerns immediately
• Contact us at br@brcomm.co to discuss any service quality issues
• We will work collaboratively to find a solution that meets your business needs

GENERAL TERMS

Payment Terms:

• All services require 50% deposit at booking
• Final payment due upon service delivery or before scheduled session
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, check (with 7-day clearance period)

Intellectual Property:

• All deliverables become client property upon full payment
• BRComm retains the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes
• Client materials and confidential information remain confidential

Liability:

• BRComm provides strategic guidance and recommendations; implementation is client's responsibility
• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from media coverage or public response
• Professional liability insurance is maintained for all services
