Shipping Policy

At this time, Mineros Print Shop primarily focuses on local sales and local delivery or pickup.

If you are interested in having an item shipped, we’re happy to make it happen. Please note:

  • Shipping availability and cost depend on the destination, item type, and shipping method.

  • Final pricing may change based on shipping options (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • USPS (regular mail) is our preferred option due to affordability, unless otherwise requested.

  • Shipping costs will be confirmed and approved by the buyer before the order is finalized.

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because most items are custom-made or printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

However, we do want you to be happy. We will gladly help if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The wrong item was sent

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and include photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases related to defects, damage, or fulfillment errors. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

Once an item has entered the printing or preparation stage, cancellations are no longer available.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
