Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are custom-made or printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
However, we do want you to be happy. We will gladly help if:
The item arrives damaged
There is a printing error
The wrong item was sent
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and include photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved cases related to defects, damage, or fulfillment errors. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
Once an item has entered the printing or preparation stage, cancellations are no longer available.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
