Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
California Orders: $10 flat rate
All Other Continental U.S. States: $11 flat rate

Shipping Carrier & Tracking
We use Stamps.com as our shipping platform to process and manage shipments. Orders are shipped via:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
While we will do our best to assist, once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control.

We take pride in the quality of our coffee and tea products.- Unopened Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Opened Items: For safety and freshness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processed for shipment. Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
