Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lost-Art Letters! For physical products:
  • We will process your order in 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping is free!
  • We use the US Postal Service.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your processing time may be delayed by a few days. If longer than that, we will reach out to you.
  • We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • No international shipping
  • Lost-Art Letters is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received damaged goods, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim (and save all packing materials and damaged goods to submit such claim).

Refund Policy

Refunds: Physical product/note card refunds will be given if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Workshop refunds are not available. However, you can  attend another workshop within the next three months instead.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Returns/Exchanges: If you are unhappy with your products please reach out to us so we can help make it right. Returns are not available for workshops. Reach out if you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop; you may attend another one within three months.
