Shipping Policy

Shipping times might differ from what is expected due to transportation or manufacturer issues.  Plethoras Home Furnishings will always strive to adhere to the best schedule for you, as much as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the arrival time of your items, earlier or later than the schedule time.

Refund Policy

All refunds are issued after clearing by the Bank Institution. It might take between 7-10 business days.  No Cash refunds are given unless the merchandise was paid in cash.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELATIONS might be subject to the store owner/manager approval 24 hours after delivery or pick-up.  All returns and cancellations must be in original packaging and are subject to a 25% handling fee.
RETURNS are allowed only due to manufacturer defects within 10 days of merchandise been delivered or picked up.  The Customer should contact our store so we can send a return label for the defective item to be sent back.  In case of store pick up, the customer is required to bring the merchandise to the store unless other arrangements are made. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES due to manufacturer defects are allowed within 10 days of delivery. The customer is required to contact our store to initiate the exchange process or to bring the merchandise to the store unless other arrangements were previously made.
