Shipping Policy
We customized all of our products, so shipping is 1 - 2 weeks. On varsity letterman jackets shipping is 3 weeks. However, if our products are in stock at that moment, shipping will be every Monday and Wednesday once the order is placed.
Refund Policy
We have a 100% refund policy. We allow refunds on orders ONLY if the items have not been shipped, pick up or delivered. With that being said, you have to contact us immediately if something is wrong with the items once received.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 100% return and exchange policy, but it has to be warranted. If you are unhappy with your item (s) for any reason, you may return it to us (at your expense) at we will refund you the order amount or exchange the order minus the shipping cost. If you want to cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded the full amount.
