Shipping Policy

By default all orders offer flat shipping rates and we strive for orders to be delivered within  5-7 business days. Your order will be processed through USPS or UPS depending on size of the order. We do offer local pick up for free if you choose the option when adding item to your cart. Local pick up will be available every Saturday  between 10-12pm in Moreno Valley, CA. Pick up location will be emailed to you upon completion of order. If you live in Moreno Valley you can make a specials request for free local delivery by contacting me through the messaging system or email. Please include your order number when contacting me directly.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your merchandise that you purchased with Mean Jeans. Our products are specialty items that are specifically picked out by experienced mixologist to assure that you get the best quality in the industry. However, because our supplies are limited please notify us in writing with in 7 days of delivery to report any damages during shipping. All of our merchandise are quality inspected before shipping to assure you are receiving the quality in your description. So we do not offer refunds unless you received an item that is damaged during shipping or  you return an unused product with the the specified time mentioned in return policy.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: Please cancel order with in 24 hours (Before we ship). Once shipped you will have to wait until your order is received and create a return). Returns/Exchanges: Are accepted with a written request with in 7 days of delivery and product must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refund will be processed once items is received, inspected and resalable.
