If you have additional items listed on a pre-order, we will not ship separately, as the entire order will ship together.  If you need the in stock items to ship at a sooner date, please do two
separate orders.

If your Rush delivery does not arrive on time. please notify us via email at
orders@justqueenish.com and we will gladly refund the difference in cost of standard delivery vs rush delivery shipping cost.  We ship within 7 business days of purchase.  We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way!

You will receive an email with the tracking number on the same day your
package is shipped.

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected
countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).
