Shipping Policy
We currently ship within USA and Canada. Once an order is shipped with tracking information, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier and you as a customer. Kinnaree does not cover losses or theft of packages (unless you have insurance)
Customers are responsible for monitoring the package and paying for shipping unless a purchase is made over $200.00. All orders over $200.00 will include free shipping.
If the package is not claimed and sent back to us a fee of $30.00 will be charged to cover the expenses for shipping and handling. We ask you to be aware that receiving the package is your responsibility. Please make sure you enter a valid e-mail address, complete address, and correct contact information. We send multiple emails along the process to keep you up to date on your package.
