At Scholars Ally Training Programs, we offer online programs and digital books that are delivered instantly upon purchase. We do not offer physical shipping of items.
For our online programs, you will receive access to the course materials and online platform immediately upon purchase. You will be able to access the course materials for as long as you need to complete the program.
For our digital books, you will receive a download link immediately upon purchase. The download link will be active for 24 hours, so please make sure to download the book within that time frame.

Refund Policy
Digital Books
The price paid for digital books is non-refundable. Once the purchase is made and the download link has been provided, we cannot issue a refund for digital books. Please ensure that you carefully review the book details and sample chapters before making a purchase.
Online Classes
If you have enrolled in one of our online classes, we offer a refund for the fees paid under the following conditions:
A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of attending the first session of the class.
The refund request must be sent to our customer support team at scholarsallyca@gmail.com.
The refund will only be processed if you have not accessed any course materials or participated in any subsequent class sessions.
Please note that any transaction fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Due to the nature of digital books, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
Online Classes
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your enrollment in one of our online classes, please contact our customer support team at scholarsallyca@gmail.com as soon as possible. We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of enrollment. After the initial 24-hour period, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns for our online classes. Once you have enrolled in a class and accessed the course materials, we cannot issue a return.
Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges for our online classes. If you have enrolled in the wrong class, please contact our customer support team at scholarsallyca@gmail.com as soon as possible to cancel your enrollment and enroll in the correct class.
