Every card is designed and handcrafted by Julie. Cards are made with a variety of media and materials to add dimension and texture. Julie’s cards are not one-dimensional prints. Due to being handmade, there can be slight variations.

Each card is protected in a clear cellophane sleeve and ships in a rigid cardboard mailer or box depending on the number of items ordered. Spend $35 or more to get free economy shipping via USPS.

Shipping Policy

Processing time for in-stock items

Orders are processed the next business day. Once processed, your order will ship within the next three business days.  

Processing time for personalized or made-to-order items

Orders with personalized or made-to-order items typically ship five to ten business days after the order is processed. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your estimated ship date.

Free Shipping

YES! We offer FREE SHIPPING when you spend at least $35 on our products. Do not include the cost of shipping or state sales tax when you tally up your order to see if you qualify for free economy shipping. If your order qualifies for free economy shipping, you should see the free economy shipping option in the full list of shipping options during the checkout process.
 

Delivery times

Flat rate economy shipping is delivered by USPS. USPS delivery time is 2-5 days after the order ships. If you have a definite need-by date, consider the available priority shipping options. Flat rate priority USPS shipping is delivered 1-3 days after the order ships. Flat rate UPS 2-Day is delivered 1-2 days after the order ships. Next Day Saver and Next Day Air is delivered 1 day after the order ships. Next Day Air arrives by 12:00 PM and Next Day Saver arrives by 11:00PM in most areas.  

Order issues

If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted or the item you ordered requires items that are back-order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges on orders with large quantities. We will contact you if the shipping charges calculated by the website are not adequate to cover our shipping costs.

Checking order status

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to PO boxes

Only USPS ships to PO Boxes. If you use UPS priority shipping, be sure to provide a residential or other address approved by UPS.

Damaged shipments

If your order is damaged during shipping , you should file a claim with the shipping company. You can also contact us at support@handmaderecoverycards.com. Be sure to include your order number with an explanation and photos of the damage. We are committed to help you find a speedy and satisfactory resolution to any shipping problems that arise.

Lost shipments

If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact the shipping company to see if the shipment has been delayed. If your order still does not arrive and three to five days have passed, please contact us with your order number at support@handmaderecoverycards.com. We will also contact the shipper to determine the appropriate next steps.

Refund Policy

Refunds

YES! We do offer refunds. Please follow the process to initiate a return (see the Return Policy). After we approve your return and  the return shipment arrives in the required condition, we will process your refund using your original form of payment. It can take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund after we process your return.

Cancellations

If you have an issue with your order and need to cancel your order, please contact us a soon as possible at support@handmaderecoverycards.com. Include your order number and an explanation of why you want to cancel your order. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you. Orders that cannot be cancelled:
  • Personalized or custom orders that are in production
  • Orders that have shipped

YES! We offer FREE RETURNS because we believe in our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@handmaderecoverycards.com with your name, order number, and provide us the reason for your return. We will work with you to achieve a speedy and satisfactory solution to the problem. You must initiate your return request within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Qualifications

Returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition. Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Return shipping

Contact support@handmaderecoverycards.com if you want to initiate a return. We recommend reusing the original packaging for your return shipment. We will either mail you or electronically send you a return label that you can print. If you print out your label, be sure to cover it with clear packing tape so it does not smear or get torn. You can also use a shipping label pouch if available. If we send you a label, just attach it to the front of the package. We do not accept exchanges. However, if you have concerns about your order, please contact us at support@handmaderecoverycards.com. Include your order number and an explanation of your concern or request. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
