Customers may return their products if damaged upon delivery. Damaged products may be replaced without an additional cost to the customer. Products may also be exchanged at equal or lessor value of original service. Should a customer exchange a service that is a greater value than the original service, the customer is responsible for the difference in service cost. In the event that an order is cancelled prior to the customer receiving it, a refund will be issued to the customer. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
