When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday-Wednesday. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business day. When the products are shipped tracking information will be sent via email. Please verify the address is correct at checkout, as this is the address that orders will be shipped to.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. We only ship within the United States.
What happens if package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is shipped, and a tracking number has been sent, shipping is then controlled by USPS or UPS and out of our control.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, and a photo of the damaged package and product. We will ship you out a new one.
Thank you for your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final, no refunds. We will replace items damaged in transit.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of date of your purchase for an exchange.
An exchange will be processed once the item has been returned. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the product is being returned because it was damaged in transit. To receive your exchange all products must be unused. Again, we cannot exchange used products.
