We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your artwork is returned safely. Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping fees or customs fees paid on international orders.
