Shipping Policy

 
UNITED STATES SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We ship to the US via USPS and shipping is free.  For shipping internationally, we ship via FedEx.  For any shipping questions please email magalidesigns@gmail.com.  If for any reason you need to return item, you are responsible for shipping costs. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Interested in a MAGALI product and live overseas?  Email magalidesigns@gmail.com to discuss shipping options!
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:
Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before shipping.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation email to track. Due to the holiday rush, please allow 1 week to ship bag.  We will work to get orders out in time for Christmas time.  We will email you if your purchase is will take longer to ship due to special circumstances or will not make it in time for Christmas holiday.  

Refund Policy

RETURNS:
We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the ship date for merchandise exchange.  Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.  To initiate a refund, please email us: magalidesigns@gmail.com.
