At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Seasonal items and gift boxes will not be available for local pick-up. Orders are usually ready 2-4 business days post the order being received. Pick-ups are available Monday-Friday 10am-3pm. Free CA Shipping over $50: We offer Economy shipping (5-8 days) for orders greater than $50 and for shipping only within California. Shipping outside CA and orders less than $50: For orders below $50 value and that ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States outside of California, we offer the below rates that will be calculated based on the delivery zip code and package weight. If you need expedited shipping, please fill out the contact form and we will let you know the cost before placing the order.

Making a purchase indicates that you have understood and have agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Order Cancellations & Refunds:
We do not encourage cancellations since our team works hard to collect your chosen products the minute your order is placed. However, due to any extreme circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order please call or email our customer service team before the order is dispatched. We will try our best to assist you. Note that for prepaid orders, we only issue store credit that can be used to purchase products / gifts from the website. We do not offer a refund for your order in any form. In case an ordered product is not available, we will reach out to you to assist you with a replacement if required immediately or let you know the estimated wait time for its arrival. You can also opt for store credit for the product that is unavailable. Refunds are only issued in extreme cases where we are unable to provide the product in a reasonable time period.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Return/Replacement Policy:
We do not accept returns or replacements unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiration date. What if the product is received in damaged condition/ past its expiration date? It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. However, in such cases we provide free replacements or refunds for the product once you email us your order number and a picture of the expired or damaged product. Returns or replacements will only be valid if we receive an email with the image of the expired or damaged product within 48 hours of the order delivery. Any issues with regards to the orders - damaged, expired, lost, marked delivered but not received etc. need to be raised with our team on help@thegourmetbox.in within 24 hours of being notified that your package has been delivered. We will not be able to investigate or consider issues raised post that for return / refund / replacements.
