Shipping Policy

  • Jewels and Fiber products are made in and shipped from a smoke-free studio.
  • If your item is a gift, let me know and I'll be happy to include a notecard!
  • All items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. I ship continent only from Sacramento, California via registered mail, so your package will have a tracking number.
  • Usually delivery takes about 10 - 14 business days for your purchase to arrive (dependent upon USPS).
Your items will be shipped to the address you supplied. So, please verify your address for me if your PayPal or credit card addresses don't match up. I will always email you as soon as your order has shipped. Your purchase will be nicely packaged in a gift box with a silk ribbon and decorative label. If you are giving the items as gifts, please verify the address of the recipient. I can save your time and money on holiday shipping by offering shipment directly to the gift recipient. Jewels and Fiber will never ever sell, trade, or give away your information. Your information is in the vault!

b. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our company's website. Items bought from third-party sellers are not eligible for refunds.

c. If you used a promo code or coupon when purchasing your item, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Exemptions
a. We cannot offer a refund for downloadable digital products, gift cards, and sale items.
b. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it at no cost. Please inform our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can assist you promptly.
