Thank you for your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We trust that you'll find as much joy in our products as we do. However, if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at michael@scentedsoycandleworks.com within 7 days of your purchase date to initiate an exchange. Our Exchange Policy requires that the item be returned before the exchange can be processed. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the product is being returned due to damage during transit. Additionally, all exchanged products must be unused, as we cannot accept exchanges for used items.
