Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, please email us at info@spacesymphony.net promptly. A full refund will be issued if the product has not yet shipped. However, if the product is already in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible. When returning merchandise, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Return & Exchange: If you are dissatisfied with your product, please inform us. Our Returns Policy allows you to return the purchased merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided you have a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include any accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the refund or exchange process. We will provide guidance on shipping the product back to us.
