Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All items will be shipped using USPS First Class
Alohomora Treasures offers FREE Shipping on all orders.
At this time Alohomora Treasures is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Alohomora Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Please choose carefully as I do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
Alohomora Treasures is not responsible for items damaged during the shipping process.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will take place via phone or email. Once order is agreed upon and paid for there are no refunds/cancellations/exchanges.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Alohomora Treasures does not offer Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that no cancellations are allowed as the order will be processed and handed over to USPS.
Defective Items
If you believe the item ordered is defective please email within 48 hours of receiving order to report the defect complete with photographs of the issue. Please allow 48 hours for Alohomora Treasures to respond. If the item is deemed defective via the photographs provided the item will be replaced within three weeks of confirmation email from Alohomora Treasures. Should Alohomora Treasures be unable to verify through photographs a defect exists no refund or exchange will be given. Due to items being a one of a kind creation there are NO GUARANTEES a replacement item will be exactly the same as the one purchased. Something similar will be sent instead.
Custom Orders
There are no Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations for a custom order once it is placed.
