    I love Perfect Peace Tea’s tea. I’ve drank tea and boba pretty much all my life and it’s always a risk going to a new tea shop because of my preference. I like my tea not too sweet, traditional and simple, yet unique and creative in flavor and blends smoothly. I don’t know how Perfect Peace Tea does it but they always get it right every time. I’ve tried the Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea, Honey Green Tea, Raspberry Pomegranate Rosemary, Blueberry Butterfly Pea Sunset, and Strawberry Green Tea. All of them met my expectations plus more. My husband said the Raspberry Pomegranate Rosemary reminds him of Christmas morning. I’ve ordered the Honey Green Tea twice because I loved it so much- it’s so refreshing and perfect for those summer days. Not too sweet, but smooth and perfect. One sip of each crafted drink takes you back to your memories. Would order from Perfect Tea over and over again, wish they would open up a store front already!

    In the meantime, I do enjoy the packages. I always receive cute goodies in addition to my teas. This last order I received a couple of stainless steel heart straws, panda bear tote and teas to make on my own. The handwritten thank you note is always a nice touch, too! Thank you so much, Perfect Peace Teas. Your teas are tea-licious!

Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

Shipping is available for United States.
  • Standard shipping - 3 to 7 business days - Free for orders $50+ (otherwise, $9.99)
  • Express shipping - 2 to 4 business days - $4.99 for orders $50+ (otherwise, $14.99)
I made a mistake in my shipping address. What can I do? Please contact us by email and we will be happy to help. Anything returned to Perfect Peace Tea due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

Refund Policy

We do not accept any exchange nor refund unless it is a defect found with our products.

Damaged or Defective Items:
  • You must contact us about any damaged items within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for resolution of the issue. Please contact us at perfectpeacetea@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.
  • We may require a picture of the defective item and/or the original item to be returned when providing a resolution.
  • If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Return Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement item.
  • In case you have any allergy, make sure to look closely to the ingredients before you place your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product in that case.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Upon cancelling your order will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 3 business days, please note that your financial/app may have different processing times.
  • All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee at a flat rate of $3.99
