Shipping Policy

  • Our processing time for all of our orders is 1-2 days.
  • We have a flat rate shipping cost of $15 in California.
  • Our flat rate shipping cost outside of California is $19.
  • Transit time with range from 3-5 days.
  • We also offer free local pickup at Arcata Farmer's Market.

Refund Policy

If your items arrive damaged, contact me so we can determine if it qualifies for reimbursement. We do not offer refunds unless your items arrive compromised.

We take a lot of pride in creating a consistent product. If you are unhappy with what you received due to damage while in transit or compromised product, contact me and we can discuss how to move forward.
  • We have an 12 hour cancellation policy.
  • Because of the personal nature of our products we do not offer return or exchange unless items are received impaired.
