Since, GTFH pieces are proudly and primarily upcycled, we understand that fashion faux pas and the inevitable need for repair may occur. Each GurlTopia Fashion House (GTFH) piece is hand-picked, hand-built, and designed to be an Original to be worn by an Original. Each couture piece is stitched with a hand-tanned, hand-stamped leather label sewn into each new creation at (re-)birth.  Without the label, it is not a GTFH Original.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped with flat rate shipping and hand packaged personally. Usually item will arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive email with tracking ID when shipping occurs and order is placed. Please contact me if you need your item received in a faster timeframe for your specific occasion or style schedule framework. I will do my very best to accommodate your special needs!

Refund Policy

If personalized or custom-made: -store credit / customer pays return shipping fee only. -repairs for life of product / customer pays shipping fee only (plus mandatory shipping insurance…gotta protect the baby!)   *Return if: -Unworn & Undamaged within 30 days; or else store credit for 6 months to 1 year.   
  • If in good shape and subject to modification on store credit amount based on resale and wear -n-tear of product. Let’s talk!
 
  • If you are unsatisfied for any reason, let's talk about your specific needs! Having a good fit relationship between you and your GTFH wearable art is important to me. I care deeply for each creation and stand behind the longevity of each piece for you!
